What happens to data when you use this site
Last updated 2026-10-25. This policy is for dashcamsfinder.com and its brand subdomains.
Logs our server keeps
The web server records standard request logs for security: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these logs to spot abuse and fix errors. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold. If you want a log entry removed, write to [email protected] with the page URL and approximate time.
Storage your browser keeps for the catalog picker
The catalog picker on this site saves your filter choices in your browser's localStorage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser storage or using a private window removes it. Nothing about your picker selections reaches us.
California requests under CCPA
We do not sell personal information. California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop sharing it. Send the request to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Children and this site
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 sent us something, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Asking us to delete something
Email [email protected] with the subject line deletion request. Tell us what you want removed, such as a server log entry or a message you sent. We will confirm once it is done or explain why we cannot remove it.
Visit counts
This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
